Job Description:

Eastern Sands Real Estate LLC is looking for a motivated and professional Real Estate Agent (Listing and Sales) to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will mainly focus on sourcing and managing property listings, coordinating with property owners, and supporting the sales/leasing process by ensuring properties are properly listed and marketed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and secure new property listings across Abu Dhabi.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and landlords.
• Manage and update property listings on property portals and company platforms.
• Coordinate property information, photos, and required documents from owners.
• Ensure listings are accurate, attractive, and updated regularly.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings with potential clients when required.
• Coordinate with the sales/leasing team regarding property availability and inquiries.
• Monitor listing performance and keep track of available units.

Requirements:

• Experience in real estate listing, property coordination, or property sales is preferred.
• Strong ability to source new property listings and maintain relationships with landlords/owners.
• Familiarity with property portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, etc.) is an advantage.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple listings and follow up with property owners.
• Must have own car and valid UAE driving license.
• Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced real estate environment.
