Property Consultant

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Property Consultant to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying and selling properties while providing expert market guidance. This role is ideal for individuals with strong sales skills who are looking for high earning potential through a commission-based structure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new property leads through networking, referrals, and market research
• Assist clients in buying and selling residential properties
• Conduct property viewings and provide detailed property information to potential clients
• Maintain strong relationships with property owners and buyers
• Negotiate property prices, contracts, and terms between buyers and sellers
• Stay updated on property market trends, pricing, and available listings
• Prepare and present property listings on various platforms
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the transaction process

Requirements:

• Previous experience in real estate sales or property consulting is preferred
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is a plus
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred
• Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
