Job Description:
La Verde Property Management is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Executive to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting clients with property inquiries, scheduling viewings, and providing excellent customer service. You will act as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring all inquiries related to property rentals, sales, maintenance, and services are handled professionally and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls from clients and property owners.
  • Provide accurate information about available properties, services, and company offerings.
  • Schedule property viewings and follow up with potential clients.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with the sales, leasing, and property management teams.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up on leads and assist in generating new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a call center or customer service role (real estate experience is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple calls and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
