Inbound Agent

  • To respond to customer inquiries and concerns in line with established procedures while promoting a positive image of the Bank.
  • Reply to customer calls in a courteous manner in line with established procedures and guidelines.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide a satisfactory response and information.
  • Respond to customer complaints in a courteous manner and refer appropriately.
  • Record call information and logs so that accurate contact history is maintained for all customers.
  • Follow-up required actions and ensure they are completed in line with established guidelines.
  • Promptly report any issues requiring attention from direct supervisors.


Qualifications:


  • 0-1 years of experience in a call center environment.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Interpersonal and communication Skills.
  • Stress tolerance
  • Flexibility
  • Good English Proficiency
