Job Summary:
The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for managing daily front desk operations and ensuring a smooth and positive client experience. This role involves greeting clients, managing bookings, coordinating schedules, and supporting studio operations in a professional and organized manner.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival.

Handle incoming phone calls, messages, and client inquiries promptly and professionally.

Manage class bookings, cancellations, and schedule updates through the studio booking system.

Process client payments and maintain accurate client records.

Coordinate with instructors regarding class schedules and operational needs.

Assist instructors with class preparation and scheduling when required.

Ensure the reception area and studio entrance remain organized, clean, and presentable.

Provide general administrative support related to front desk operations.

Maintain a positive client experience and address basic client concerns or requests.
Qualifications:

Undergraduate student or currently pursuing a university degree.

English fluency is a MUST.

0–1 year of experience in customer service, reception, hospitality, or similar roles is preferred.
