 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Design and operate Fortinet security platforms (NGFW, WAF, ADC, NAC, FortiAuthenticator, Sandbox)
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement and manage tenant-level security segmentation and firewall policies
 </li>
 <li>
 Integrate Zero Trust access solutions (e.g., AppGate or equivalent)
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage north-south and east-west traffic inspection and security policies
 </li>
 <li>
 Support secure application publishing and WAF protection
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with SOC teams for incident response and threat mitigation
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Support disaster recovery and high availability for security infrastructure
 </li>
 <li>
 Optimize security performance and scalability across multi-tenant environments
 </li>

 Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Cybersecurity, Networks, Computer Engineering, or related field (preferred)
 </li>
 <li>
 6&ndash;10 years in network and infrastructure security
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience with enterprise security platforms in large-scale environments
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience with TCP/IP, routing, and network security principles
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with SIEM integration and incident response coordination
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and collaboration skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Detail-oriented with proactive security mindset
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams

 The CFO is responsible for leading the company&rsquo;s financial strategy, governance, and performance. This role ensures sustainable growth, regulatory compliance with FRA requirements, and effective capital and risk management within Egypt&rsquo;s consumer finance landscape.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities

 Develop and execute the overall financial strategy aligned with business objectives.

 Ensure full compliance with FRA regulations, including Consumer Finance Law No. 18 of 2020.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee all financial functions: accounting, FP&amp;A, treasury, tax, and reporting.

 Monitor and optimize loan portfolio performance, including yield, cost of risk, and provisioning.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead funding strategy, including bank relationships, debt structuring, and capital optimization.

 Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in line with IFRS and local requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Establish strong governance, internal controls, and risk management frameworks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as the main point of contact with regulators, auditors, investors, and financial institutions.

 Advise the CEO and Board on financial performance, strategy, and market opportunities.

 Build and lead a high-performing finance team.

 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA, CPA, CFA, or ACCA strongly preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 15+ years of experience, with significant leadership exposure in financial services or consumer finance in Egypt.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of FRA regulations and regulatory reporting requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience in financial strategy, capital management, and governance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management capabilities.
 </li>
