   Manage website content updates and landing pages.

   Coordinate with relevant teams for enhancements.
  </li>
  <li>
   Track digital performance metrics and campaign results.
  </li>

   Prepare reports and dashboards.
  </li>
  <li>
   Provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure alignment on messaging, campaigns, and priorities.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure all digital content complies with brand and regulatory guidelines.
  </li>
  <li>
   Required Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing or Digital Marketing.
  </li>
  <li>
   from 6-8 years of experience in digital marketing, content, or social media is required.
  </li>

Digital Marketing & Content Manager

   Perform Operations transactions (Cash &amp; Non Cash) in a timely and accurate manner
  </li>
  <li>
   Handle, serve, and provide operational services to clients to ensure high quality of service to meet clients' satisfaction within Bank&rsquo;s procedures &amp; policies.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure adherence to branch and regulator policies, recommendations and CBE regulations.
  </li>
 </ul>
 <ol>
  <li>
   Responsible to handle the various operations' transaction in accuracy and efficiency as per bank procedures.
  </li>
 </ol>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Handle customer queries &amp; complaints &amp; escalate as appropriate.
  </li>
  <li>
   Cross Selling of bank products.
  </li>
  <li>
   Handle client's requests efficiently, promptly as per Bank&rsquo;s procedures.
  </li>
  <li>
   Follow-up the execution of clients' instructions in co-ordination with concerned departments, to ensure proper &amp; accurate service delivery in timely manner.
  </li>
