Associate Agent

Role Overview

As an Associate Agent, you will play an integral role in supporting our operations by handling data entry and providing exceptional customer service. As part of our team in Egypt - Cairo, you'll work in an ONSITE environment where your computer skills, communication abilities, and professionalism will make a real impact on our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately input and update information into the company databases and systems.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide prompt, courteous solutions.
  • Support daily administrative operations as required by team leads.
  • Ensure data integrity and confidentiality in every transaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.

Must have requirements

  • Basic computer skills and proficiency with common software applications.
  • Demonstrated experience in accurate data entry.
  • Good command of English, both verbal and written.
  • Previous customer service experience with problem-solving skills.
