Ali & Sons Holding LLC is seeking a highly creative and technically skilled Content & Media Producer to drive engaging multimedia storytelling across our digital and marketing platforms. This role is ideal for a visual storyteller who combines strong production expertise with creative strategy to produce compelling brand content.

Key Responsibilities:

Video Production & Editing

• Capture professional-grade video footage using industry-standard equipment.
• Edit and enhance video content with color correction, sound design, motion graphics, transitions, and visual effects.
• Optimize content for various platforms (social media, website, presentations) with appropriate formats, aspect ratios, and resolutions.

Content Development & Storytelling

• Develop compelling storyboards, scripts, and visual concepts.
• Align content with brand strategy, marketing objectives, and audience insights.
• Ensure consistency in typography, visual identity, and overall brand language.

Collaboration & Project Management

• Work closely with marketing, design, and production teams to deliver high-quality outputs.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Present creative concepts effectively and incorporate stakeholder feedback.

Innovation & Industry Trends

• Stay updated on video production technologies, digital trends, and social media best practices.
• Continuously enhance creative and technical capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in video production, editing, and content creation.
• Experience in corporate or brand-focused content production is an advantage.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Rush, Photoshop).
• Strong knowledge of motion graphics, animation, video editing, and post-production workflows.
• Experience with camera operation, lighting setups, and sound recording techniques.
• Understanding of storytelling, pacing, composition, and brand-driven visual strategy.
• Basic knowledge of photography, graphic design, and 3D modelling is a plus.
