We partner with clients from diverse industries to run high-impact campaigns on platforms such as Google, Meta, Amazon, and LinkedIn.Role OverviewWe are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a passion for visual storytelling and hands-on experience in designing impactful ad creatives. The ideal candidate will have prior agency experience, a strong understanding of platform-specific design trends, and the ability to create visuals for web, social media, and paid advertising campaigns.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Design visually compelling and performance-driven creatives for digital ads (Meta, Google, LinkedIn), social media, banners, and websites.</li><li>Collaborate closely with paid media and social media teams to align creatives with campaign objectives.</li><li>Research industry trends and competitors to develop fresh, effective visual concepts.</li><li>Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets.</li><li>Source and use high-quality stock images, icons, and illustrations.</li><li>Apply platform-specific design best practices for optimal performance.</li><li>Handle basic video edits such as text overlays, resizing, trimming, and simple transitions using tools like Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Canva Pro.</li><li>Work with project managers and developers to support website and landing page design requirements.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>1&ndash;3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency.</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and basic video editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar).</li><li>Strong understanding of digital advertising and social media design formats.</li><li>Excellent sense of typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.</li><li>Strong research skills with a creative and detail-oriented mindset.</li><li>Bonus: Experience with Figma, After Effects, or animation tools is an added advantage.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹15,394.74 - ₹25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Leave encashment</li></ul>Work Location: In person
