InstaServ is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphic Designer with a passion for visual storytelling and motion design. The ideal candidate thrives in an agency or fast-paced digital marketing environment, has hands-on experience creating animated content for digital campaigns, and understands platform-specific video trends across social media and paid ads.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design and produce motion graphics, animated videos, GIFs, and interactive visuals for digital ads (Meta, Google, LinkedIn), social media, websites, and landing pages.</li><li>Collaborate with paid media, social, and marketing teams to create animated content aligned with campaign goals.</li><li>Research design trends, competitor campaigns, and platform-specific video styles to develop fresh and engaging motion concepts.</li><li>Ensure brand consistency across all motion graphics and video content.</li><li>Edit and enhance video content including text overlays, transitions, resizing, and trimming using tools like After Effects, Premiere Pro, or Canva Pro.</li><li>Work closely with designers, project managers, and developers to produce motion content for websites, landing pages, and digital campaigns.</li><li>Optimize motion graphics for different platforms, formats, and ad placements to maximize engagement and performance.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in motion graphics or video animation, preferably in a digital marketing agency or content studio.</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and basic knowledge of tools like Canva Pro or CapCut.</li><li>Strong understanding of video formats, social media specifications, and digital ad creatives.</li><li>Excellent sense of timing, motion, typography, color, and visual storytelling.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Creative mindset with strong research and conceptualization skills.</li><li>Bonus: Knowledge of 3D animation, Figma, Blender, or advanced animation techniques is a plus.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,348.89 - &#8377;30,204.51 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Leave encashment</li></ul>Work Location: In person
