Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a passion for visual storytelling and hands-on experience in designing impactful ad creatives. The ideal candidate will have prior agency experience, a strong understanding of platform-specific design trends, and the ability to create visuals for web, social media, and paid advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Design visually compelling and performance-driven creatives for digital ads (Meta, Google, LinkedIn), social media, banners, and websites.
• Collaborate closely with paid media and social media teams to align creatives with campaign objectives.
• Research industry trends and competitors to develop fresh, effective visual concepts.
• Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets.
• Source and use high-quality stock images, icons, and illustrations.
• Apply platform-specific design best practices for optimal performance.
• Handle basic video edits such as text overlays, resizing, trimming, and simple transitions using tools like Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Canva Pro.
• Work with project managers and developers to support website and landing page design requirements.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and basic video editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar).
• Strong understanding of digital advertising and social media design formats.
• Excellent sense of typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.
• Strong research skills with a creative and detail-oriented mindset.
• Bonus: Experience with Figma, After Effects, or animation tools is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,394.74 - ₹25,000.00 per month
