This role is perfect for motivated individuals seeking a flexible schedule with meaningful responsibilities in a vibrant property management environment.Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage property leasing processes, including showing units, screening applicants, and executing lease agreements in compliance with Fair Housing regulations and Section 8 guidelines</li><li>Oversee rent collection, payment processing, and maintaining accurate financial records using Yardi or OneSite property management software</li><li>Handle tenant inquiries, resolve conflicts professionally, and provide outstanding customer service to foster positive tenant relationships</li><li>Maintain property files, legal documents, contracts, and filing systems with meticulous attention to detail</li><li>Coordinate property maintenance requests and facilities management tasks to ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant with safety standards</li><li>Conduct regular property inspections to monitor condition and identify maintenance or safety issues</li><li>Assist with legal administrative tasks related to landlord-tenant law and lease enforcement</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proficient with YARDI property management software system</li><li>Strong accounting/bookkeeping knowledge</li><li>Proven experience in property management or real estate administrative roles, including leasing and tenant relations</li><li>Familiarity with LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit), Section 8 housing programs, Fair Housing regulations, and landlord-tenant law</li><li>Strong organizational skills with data entry, filing, and office experience; ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently</li><li>Excellent customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette and conflict management abilities</li><li>Knowledge of legal contracts, negotiation techniques, and upselling strategies related to property leasing and facilities management</li><li>Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining compliance with legal standards</li><li>Basic understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management tools</li></ul>Join us in creating welcoming communities by delivering exceptional service while managing properties efficiently.
