```Duties```As a Computer Technician, you will be responsible for the following duties:- Providing technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.- Installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop computer systems and applications.- Troubleshooting software and hardware issues on desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.- Collaborating with others to resolve technical problems.- Analyzing technical issues to identify root causes and implement solutions.- Managing user accounts and providing support for password resets.- Track and document technical issues.- Communicating effectively with end-users to provide guidance and instructions on problem resolution.```Qualifications```To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:- Proficiency in TCP/IP networking protocols.- Experience in software troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.- Knowledge of operating systems for system administration tasks.- Ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop solutions.- Experience working in a help desk or technical support environment.- Competence in supporting mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets.- Familiarity with Active Directory user management.This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about technology and enjoy solving technical challenges.
