Job Description:Position Name- Authorized Representative (AR) / Legal ExecutiveLocation : Nehru Place (Head Office)Experiences: 10 to 20 yearsRemuneration/Salary: 4-5.5 LPAImmediately Joiner most preferable.Working Details: Mon to Sat (10am -6.30pm)Roles &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>Appear on behalf of the Company in cases under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act and Section 25 of the Police Act before appropriate courts.</li><li>Coordinate with the Company&rsquo;s empaneled advocates for drafting, filing, and preparation of legal cases and related documentation.</li><li>Represent the Company in matters filed under Sections 156(3) and 200 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC).</li><li>Appear in and handle cases filed by or against the Company, including but not limited to:</li><li>Revisions and Appeals</li><li>Criminal Complaints</li><li>Consumer Complaints</li><li>Execution Proceedings</li><li>Civil Suits and other legal matters</li><li>Represent the Company before the High Court in matters such as appeals, writ petitions, and other related proceedings.</li><li>Maintain regular coordination with internal stakeholders and external counsel to ensure timely and effective legal representation.</li><li>Ensure compliance with legal procedures and provide updates to management on case progress.</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Sound knowledge of criminal and civil procedures</li><li>Strong coordination and communication skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines</li><li>Familiarity with court procedures and documentation</li></ul>Educational Qualification:<ul><li>LLB / Law Graduate (mandatory)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Relevant experience in handling court matters and coordination with advocates will be preferred.</li></ul>About company:Intec Capital Ltd., an Intec Group company, was incorporated in 1994 and turned public limited in 1995.
