Senior Executive - Legal (AR- 138 NI)

Job Description:

Position Name- Authorized Representative (AR) / Legal Executive

Location : Nehru Place (Head Office)

Experiences: 10 to 20 years

Remuneration/Salary: 4-5.5 LPA

Immediately Joiner most preferable.

Working Details: Mon to Sat (10am -6.30pm)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Appear on behalf of the Company in cases under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act and Section 25 of the Police Act before appropriate courts.
• Coordinate with the Company’s empaneled advocates for drafting, filing, and preparation of legal cases and related documentation.
• Represent the Company in matters filed under Sections 156(3) and 200 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC).
• Appear in and handle cases filed by or against the Company, including but not limited to:
• Revisions and Appeals
• Criminal Complaints
• Consumer Complaints
• Execution Proceedings
• Civil Suits and other legal matters
• Represent the Company before the High Court in matters such as appeals, writ petitions, and other related proceedings.
• Maintain regular coordination with internal stakeholders and external counsel to ensure timely and effective legal representation.
• Ensure compliance with legal procedures and provide updates to management on case progress.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Sound knowledge of criminal and civil procedures
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
• Familiarity with court procedures and documentation

Educational Qualification:

• LLB / Law Graduate (mandatory)

Experience:

• Relevant experience in handling court matters and coordination with advocates will be preferred.
