Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle and manage legal cases related to the company, including coordination with advocates and legal authorities.
- Provide legal support to management on compliance, risk assessment, and decision-making matters.
- Draft, review, and vet legal documents such as legal notices, replies, agreements, contracts, and affidavits.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, industrial laws, and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Manage court matters, notices, and legal correspondence, and maintain proper legal records and documentation.
- Coordinate with external lawyers, consultants, and government departments as required.
- Advise HR and management on employee-related legal issues, disciplinary actions, and statutory compliance.
Qualification Requirement:
- Should have completed LLB (Bachelor of Laws) from a recognized university

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
