Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle and manage legal cases related to the company, including coordination with advocates and legal authorities.
  • Provide legal support to management on compliance, risk assessment, and decision-making matters.
  • Draft, review, and vet legal documents such as legal notices, replies, agreements, contracts, and affidavits.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, industrial laws, and other applicable statutory requirements.
  • Manage court matters, notices, and legal correspondence, and maintain proper legal records and documentation.
  • Coordinate with external lawyers, consultants, and government departments as required.
  • Advise HR and management on employee-related legal issues, disciplinary actions, and statutory compliance.

Qualification Requirement:

  • Should have completed LLB (Bachelor of Laws) from a recognized university

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
