Full job description
1. Assist in drafting, reviewing, and preparing legal documents, including sale and purchase agreements, tenancy agreements, and service contracts.
2. Conduct legal research on real estate laws, regulatory updates, and case precedents.
3. Support in due diligence processes for property acquisitions and sales.
4. Liaise with external legal counsel, government authorities, and regulatory bodies when necessary.
5. Help manage legal databases and maintain organised records of legal documentation.
6. Monitor compliance with relevant property, tenancy, zoning, and land use laws.
7. Assist in resolving property-related disputes, including litigation support if needed.
8. Provide administrative support to the legal department as required.
1. Bachelor’s degree in Law (BALLB or equivalent).
2. 1–2 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in real estate or corporate law.
3. Good understanding of real estate laws, contracts, and regulatory requirements.
4. Strong research, analytical, and drafting skills.
5. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal documentation software/tools.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
1. Internship or prior experience in a real estate or property development firm.
2. Familiarity with local property laws and land registration procedures.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
