The Opportunity

The Treasury Analyst II is responsible for supporting the company&rsquo;s treasury function, including cash management, banking relationships, financial risk monitoring, and reporting. This role ensures accurate tracking of cash positions, assists with liquidity planning, supports debt and investment activities, and helps maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulations. The Treasury Analyst II works closely with the Assistant Treasurer and other finance team members to provide insights that support strategic financial decisions.

What you will do?
<ul><li>Monitor daily cash positions and manage short-term liquidity across multiple entities to ensure operational funding needs are met</li>
<li>Contribute to the analysis of cash flow trends and liquidity needs specific to different business units in various countries</li>
<li>Prepare regular reports on cash availability to support operational needs across the organization.</li>
<li>Prepare and maintain cash flow forecasts, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly projections</li>
<li>Assist with banking operations, including management of payments and transfers</li>
<li>Support investment and debt activities, including tracking and reporting on investment performance</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records of cash transactions and treasury activities across multiple banks and entities</li>
<li>Assist with compliance and reporting, ensuring adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements</li>
<li>Prepare reports for management, including cash flow, liquidity, and risk analyses</li>
<li>Support treasury system updates, process improvements, and implementation of new systems and procedures</li>
</ul>
Required Qualifications
<ul>
<li>1-3 years of relevant experience in corporate treasury, finance, or related fields</li>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field</li>
<li>Strong understanding of treasury operations, cash management, and liquidity forecasting</li>
<li>Knowledge of financial risk management concepts, including FX, interest rate, and credit risk</li>
<li>Proficiency in financial analysis, reporting, and reconciliations</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal teams and external banking partners</li>
<li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills</li>
<li>Experienced with bank portals and financial software</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications

<li>Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certifications a plus but not required</li>

The Opportunity

The Senior Treasury Analyst supports the company&rsquo;s cash management, financial risk, and treasury operations, with a primary focus on foreign exchange, interest rate exposure, liquidity planning, and debt administration. This role partners closely with the Assistant Treasurer to analyze cash flow forecasts, support funding and loan compliance, manage intercompany activity, and provide actionable insights related to FX, interest rates, and capital structure.

The Senior Treasury Analyst also plays a key role in improving treasury processes through automation, reporting, and system enhancements, helping to build scalable, efficient treasury operations that support the company&rsquo;s growth.

What you will do?

<li>Foreign Exchange &amp; Interest Rate Management 
<ul><li>Analyze cash flow forecasts to identify upcoming foreign currency payments and exposures.</li><li>Monitor FX and interest rate movements and provide recommendations on timing, structure, and risk mitigation strategies.</li><li>Support treasury leadership with insights related to interest rate exposure on existing and future debt.</li></ul></li>
<li>Cash Management &amp; Strategic Analysis 
<ul><li>Review daily and periodic cash reports to assess liquidity and funding needs.</li><li>Develop analyses to evaluate loan paydown options, refinancing opportunities, or optimal uses of excess cash.</li><li>Support longer-term liquidity planning aligned with business objectives.</li><li>Assist with cash pooling structures, including tracking balances and optimizing fund utilization across entities.</li></ul></li>
<li>Loan Compliance Administration 
<ul><li>Ensure ongoing compliance with loan covenants, reporting requirements, and lender agreements.</li><li>Maintain loan administration records, including balances, interest calculations, payment schedules, and reporting.</li><li>Track and report on intercompany loans and payments, ensuring accuracy and timely settlement.</li></ul></li>
<li>Treasury Process Improvement
<ul><li>Support the development and implementation of treasury policies, procedures, and standard processes.</li>
<li>Identify opportunities to automate and streamline treasury processes, including cash reporting, foreign currency hedge tracking, loan administration, and compliance reporting.</li>
<li>Design, implement, and maintain automated reports, dashboards, and workflows using treasury systems, ERPs, and advanced Excel tools.</li>
<li>Assist the Assistant Treasurer with the assessment, selection and implementation of a treasury management system (TMS).</li>
</ul></li></ul><ul><li>Treasury Reporting &amp; Analysis 
<ul><li>Prepare recurring and ad hoc treasury reports related to cash, debt, foreign currency exposure, intercompany activity, credit card activity and liquidity.</li><li>Support audits and internal controls related to treasury activities.</li><li>Ensure treasury processes are well-documented, scalable, and compliant with internal policies.</li></ul></li>
<li>Credit Card Analysis and Reporting 
<ul><li>Pull and review bi-weekly credit card reports to provide usage analysis to include adherence of spending policies, and percentage of credit card limits utilized.
</li><li>Team with Treasury Analyst to develop a card user guide for new cardholders. Ensure guide is updated as new card providers are added.</li><li>Back up Treasury Analyst in credit card administration.</li></ul></li>
<li>Letters of Credit &amp; Banking Support 
<ul><li>Provide reporting and administrative support for letters of credit, including tracking terms, costs, expirations, and usage.</li><li>Coordinate with banks and internal stakeholders on LC-related documentation and reporting.</li></ul></li>
<li>Treasury Support 
<ul><li>Collaborate with the Assistant Treasurer on ad-hoc analysis and treasury initiatives.
</li><li>Back up Treasury Analyst on Cash Management, including prior day cash reconciliation, determination of current &amp; long term cash needs, inter-company cash transfers and payment approvals in bank portals</li><li>Assist Accounting and Accounts Payable personnel with cash and payment questions and documentation requests.</li></ul></li>
</ul>
Required Qualifications
<ul>
<li> BS/BA in Business Administration or Finance</li>
<li> 5&ndash;7 years of progressive treasury experience in a corporate treasury or financial environment</li>
<li> Strong experience with foreign exchange analysis, interest rate exposure, and cash management.</li>
<li> Demonstrated experience in loan administration and reporting</li>
<li> Experience with intercompany loans, intercompany payments, and cash pooling.</li>
<li> Familiarity with letters of credit and related banking documentation.</li>
<li> Proven experience automating treasury processes, building models, dashboards, or system-driven workflows.</li>
<li> Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERPs and Treasury Management Systems preferred.</li>
<li> Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation preferred or willingness to complete the certification.</li>
<li> Experience in Credit Card administration and analysis is a plus.</li>
</ul>
