The Opportunity

The Treasury Analyst II is responsible for supporting the company’s treasury function, including cash management, banking relationships, financial risk monitoring, and reporting. This role ensures accurate tracking of cash positions, assists with liquidity planning, supports debt and investment activities, and helps maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulations. The Treasury Analyst II works closely with the Assistant Treasurer and other finance team members to provide insights that support strategic financial decisions.

What you will do?

  • Monitor daily cash positions and manage short-term liquidity across multiple entities to ensure operational funding needs are met
  • Contribute to the analysis of cash flow trends and liquidity needs specific to different business units in various countries
  • Prepare regular reports on cash availability to support operational needs across the organization.
  • Prepare and maintain cash flow forecasts, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly projections
  • Assist with banking operations, including management of payments and transfers
  • Support investment and debt activities, including tracking and reporting on investment performance
  • Maintain accurate records of cash transactions and treasury activities across multiple banks and entities
  • Assist with compliance and reporting, ensuring adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements
  • Prepare reports for management, including cash flow, liquidity, and risk analyses
  • Support treasury system updates, process improvements, and implementation of new systems and procedures

Required Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in corporate treasury, finance, or related fields
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong understanding of treasury operations, cash management, and liquidity forecasting
  • Knowledge of financial risk management concepts, including FX, interest rate, and credit risk
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, reporting, and reconciliations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal teams and external banking partners
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Experienced with bank portals and financial software

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certifications a plus but not required

  • Cash flow forecasting and liquidity management across multiple entities
  • Strong ability to analyze financial data and identify trends

  • Advanced Excel skills
