Technical Support Engineer Electrical/Electronics

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts &amp; Finance<ul><li>Manage company accounts, ledgers, and financial statements.</li><li>Prepare and process monthly salaries, advances, and expense reimbursements.</li><li>Handle bank-related tasks, including deposits, payments, reconciliations, and statements.</li><li>Maintain records for vendor payments, ride/material purchases, and service invoices.</li><li>Ensure proper documentation and filing of all financial transactions.</li><li>Prepare monthly profit &amp; loss statements, balance sheets, and management reports.</li><li>Assist in annual budgeting, cost control, and financial planning.</li><li>Handle taxation matters, including income tax, sales tax, and withholding tax.</li><li>Coordinate with the company&rsquo;s auditor and tax consultant for compliance and filings.</li></ul>Administration<ul><li>Supervise day-to-day office operations and ensure all admin tasks run smoothly.</li><li>Oversee staff attendance, leave management, and HR-related documentation.</li><li>Handle procurement and inventory of office and project supplies.</li><li>Liaise with field teams for outdoor duty expense tracking and approvals.</li><li>Ensure record maintenance for staff, clients, and vendors.</li><li>Manage petty cash, travel claims, and logistic arrangements.</li></ul>Coordination &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Support management in budget reviews and project cost analyses.</li><li>Provide weekly financial summaries and updates on company cash flow.</li><li>Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely billing and payment follow-ups.</li><li>Participate in weekly review meetings and provide insights on expenses and savings.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Education: B.Com / M.Com / ACCA (Part Qualified)</li><li>Experience: Minimum 3&ndash;5 years in Accounts &amp; Administration (preferably in services or amusement industry)</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong knowledge of QuickBooks / ERP / MS Excel</li><li>Understanding of taxation laws and compliance</li><li>Excellent coordination and communication skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and confidentiality</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
