The Customer Service Executive executes jobs in an accurate, systematic, efficient and timely manner. The person coordinates with all teams, and/or agencies concerned with shipping.Mainly responsible for:Sending enquiries/RFQ's to overseas agents, local carriersPrompt communication with the overseas and local partnersEnsuring proper handling of shipments from start to finishRequirements<ul><li>At least 2-3 years and above experience in a similar post</li></ul>Knowledge of sea and air imports and exports, cross trades (Air/Sea/Land)Excellent communication skillsAbility to multi-taskPlanning and organizing skillsCapacity to handle stressful situationsHigh degree of accuracyFirst preference : Philippines nationalityJob Types: Full-time, PermanentJob Types: Full-time, PermanentExperience:<ul><li>customer service in uae: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
