Customer Service Executive

The Customer Service Executive executes jobs in an accurate, systematic, efficient and timely manner. The person coordinates with all teams, and/or agencies concerned with shipping.

Mainly responsible for:

Sending enquiries/RFQ's to overseas agents, local carriers

Prompt communication with the overseas and local partners

Ensuring proper handling of shipments from start to finish

Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years and above experience in a similar post

Knowledge of sea and air imports and exports, cross trades (Air/Sea/Land)

Excellent communication skills

Ability to multi-task

Planning and organizing skills

Capacity to handle stressful situations

High degree of accuracy

First preference : Philippines nationality
