Growing Beverly Human Resources Company is seeking a highly organized and proactive Full-Time Administrative Operations Specialist to support our HR team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong technical and administrative skills, and brings a high level of professionalism and empathy to their work.Job Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team</li><li>Manage and prepare materials for annual meetings and open enrollment processes</li><li>Utilize platforms such as Docusign and other internal systems to manage documentation and workflows</li><li>Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of tasks</li><li>Coordinate schedules, communications, and follow-ups with clients and team members</li><li>Assist with data tracking, reporting, and HR calculations as needed</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Must have strong administrative and organizational skills</li><li>High level of technical proficiency with systems including MS Office, Outlook, Docusign and other internal systems</li><li>Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks independently</li><li>Strong attention to detail and comfortable working with numbers/calculations</li><li>Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative</li><li>Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic work environment</li><li>High level of empathy and professionalism when working with clients and team members</li><li>Must be able to work both independently and within team</li><li>Other projects as needed</li></ul>Pay: $24.00 - $29.00 per hourExpected hours: 40.0 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Parental leave</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Administrative support: 3 years (Required)</li><li>Microsoft Office: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Beverly, MA 01915 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Beverly, MA 01915
