Growing Beverly Human Resources Company is seeking a highly organized and proactive Full-Time Administrative Operations Specialist to support our HR team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong technical and administrative skills, and brings a high level of professionalism and empathy to their work.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team
- Manage and prepare materials for annual meetings and open enrollment processes
- Utilize platforms such as Docusign and other internal systems to manage documentation and workflows
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Coordinate schedules, communications, and follow-ups with clients and team members
- Assist with data tracking, reporting, and HR calculations as needed
Qualifications
- Must have strong administrative and organizational skills
- High level of technical proficiency with systems including MS Office, Outlook, Docusign and other internal systems
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks independently
- Strong attention to detail and comfortable working with numbers/calculations
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative
- Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic work environment
- High level of empathy and professionalism when working with clients and team members
- Must be able to work both independently and within team
- Other projects as needed
Pay: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
