Lead Installer - Granite Countertops 
 
Integrity Granite is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Installer to join our growing team. The Lead Installer will be responsible for overseeing and executing the installation of high-quality granite and quartz countertops in residential and (on rare occasions) commercial settings. This role requires a strong understanding of installation techniques, attention to detail, and the ability to lead and mentor a team of installers. 
 
Responsibilities: 
 
<ul><li>Lead and supervise a team of installers, ensuring efficient and timely completion of projects.</li></ul> 
 
<ul><li>You may be asked on occasion to accurately measure and template countertops, ensuring precise fit and finish.</li></ul> 
 
<ul><li>Cut and fabricate granite countertops using specialized tools and equipment.</li></ul> 
 
<ul><li>Install countertops, including backsplashes, sinks, and other related components.</li></ul> 
 
<ul><li>Maintain a clean and safe work environment.</li></ul> 
 
<ul><li>Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly.</li></ul> 
 
<ul><li>Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.</li></ul> 
 
Qualifications: 
 
<ul><li>MINIMUM of 2 years of experience in the granite countertop industry.</li></ul> 
 
<ul><li>Proven leadership and supervisory skills.</li></ul> 
 
<ul><li>Strong understanding of installation techniques and best practices.</li></ul> 
 
<ul><li>Proficiency in using specialized tools and equipment.</li></ul> 
 
<ul><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li></ul> 
 
<ul><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li></ul> 
 
<ul><li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.</li></ul>
