Lead Installer - Granite Countertops

Integrity Granite is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Installer to join our growing team. The Lead Installer will be responsible for overseeing and executing the installation of high-quality granite and quartz countertops in residential and (on rare occasions) commercial settings. This role requires a strong understanding of installation techniques, attention to detail, and the ability to lead and mentor a team of installers.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of installers, ensuring efficient and timely completion of projects.

• You may be asked on occasion to accurately measure and template countertops, ensuring precise fit and finish.

• Cut and fabricate granite countertops using specialized tools and equipment.

• Install countertops, including backsplashes, sinks, and other related components.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• MINIMUM of 2 years of experience in the granite countertop industry.

• Proven leadership and supervisory skills.

• Strong understanding of installation techniques and best practices.

• Proficiency in using specialized tools and equipment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
