You'll also be a go-to partner for hiring managers, offering expert guidance on finding and selecting the best.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love building relationships, and get energized by turning top candidates into new hires, this is your chance to make a big impact.Let's talk job responsibilities:<ul><li>Source qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and creative networking strategies.</li><li>Pre-screen and engage potential candidates, sharing our company story and culture to spark interest.</li><li>Interview and evaluate candidates objectively, ensuring a consistent and inclusive hiring process.</li><li>Partner with hiring managers to develop accurate, engaging job postings and selection criteria.</li><li>Maintain and optimize recruiting channels (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn), ensuring a steady pipeline of talent.</li><li>Track recruitment activity, open positions, and key hiring metrics for reporting and strategy improvement.</li><li>Stay current on industry trends and competitor talent strategies.</li><li>Collaborate with the recruiting team to meet hiring goals, share best practices, and deliver a seamless candidate experience.</li><li>Jump in to support special recruiting projects and initiatives as needed.</li></ul>Your experience and skills:<ul><li>Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally with a strong sourcing background.</li><li>Proven ability to attract and engage talent across multiple channels.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.</li><li>Exceptional communication skills - written, verbal, and interpersonal.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ATS systems.</li><li>Strong knowledge of recruiting, interviewing, and offer best practices.</li><li>Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also being a collaborative, creative team player.</li></ul>About IntegrityIntegrity is one of the nation's leading independent distributors of life, health and wealth insurance products.
