This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality expertise while working in a dynamic setting.Duties<ul><li>Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.</li><li>Engage with guests warmly, taking orders, providing recommendations, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by handling food and drinks responsibly, adhering to food handling regulations.</li><li>Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations to process transactions smoothly.</li><li>Keep track of inventory levels, restock bar supplies, and monitor alcohol consumption to promote responsible serving.</li><li>Assist with catering events, banquets, or nightclubs by setting up bars and serving food or drinks as needed.</li><li>Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles, especially in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings.</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable.</li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse guests.</li><li>Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.</li><li>Experience working in the food industry, retail math, or brewing environments is a plus.</li><li>Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume shifts while maintaining attention to detail.</li><li>Prior bartending experience involving cash handling, serving alcohol responsibly, and supporting catering or banquet events is preferred.
