Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
• Engage with guests warmly, taking orders, providing recommendations, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by handling food and drinks responsibly, adhering to food handling regulations.
• Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations to process transactions smoothly.
• Keep track of inventory levels, restock bar supplies, and monitor alcohol consumption to promote responsible serving.
• Assist with catering events, banquets, or nightclubs by setting up bars and serving food or drinks as needed.
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles, especially in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse guests.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Experience working in the food industry, retail math, or brewing environments is a plus.
• Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume shifts while maintaining attention to detail.
• Prior bartending experience involving cash handling, serving alcohol responsibly, and supporting catering or banquet events is preferred.
