Join us and help set the standard for industry-leading web experiences!Duties<ul><li>Design and develop engaging websites that align with client requirements and brand identity.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.</li><li>Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs using tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or InVision.</li><li>Implement responsive web design principles to ensure optimal viewing across various devices.</li><li>Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights for continuous improvement.</li><li>Maintain website functionality through regular updates, troubleshooting, and performance analysis.</li><li>Optimize websites for search engines (SEO) and ensure compliance with web accessibility standards.</li><li>Develop front-end components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Bootstrap or Angular.</li><li>Utilize content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Drupal for website management.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing teams on digital marketing initiatives including email marketing campaigns.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with experience in motion graphics using Adobe After Effects.</li><li>Strong understanding of web development languages including HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, Python, SQL, and frameworks like React or Node.js.</li><li>Familiarity with wireframing tools such as Axure or Balsamiq and design software like Sketch or Adobe Flash.</li><li>Knowledge of web analytics tools including Google Analytics 360 and Adobe Analytics for data-driven decision making.</li><li>Experience in e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies is a plus.</li><li>Excellent typography skills along with a keen eye for layout design and visual aesthetics.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple projects effectively.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data to enhance user experience.
