Web Designer/Developer

Duties

• Design and develop engaging websites that align with client requirements and brand identity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs using tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or InVision.
• Implement responsive web design principles to ensure optimal viewing across various devices.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights for continuous improvement.
• Maintain website functionality through regular updates, troubleshooting, and performance analysis.
• Optimize websites for search engines (SEO) and ensure compliance with web accessibility standards.
• Develop front-end components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Bootstrap or Angular.
• Utilize content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Drupal for website management.
• Collaborate with marketing teams on digital marketing initiatives including email marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with experience in motion graphics using Adobe After Effects.
• Strong understanding of web development languages including HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, Python, SQL, and frameworks like React or Node.js.
• Familiarity with wireframing tools such as Axure or Balsamiq and design software like Sketch or Adobe Flash.
• Knowledge of web analytics tools including Google Analytics 360 and Adobe Analytics for data-driven decision making.
• Experience in e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
• Excellent typography skills along with a keen eye for layout design and visual aesthetics.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple projects effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
