 About the Role:
 
 
 
 The trainer is responsible for preparing and conducting training sessions in accordance with the needs of the company and the expectations of its customers, ensuring the development of employees' skills in accordance with the Group policy
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 Facilitation of training sessions:
 
 
 1. Leading and deploying initial and continuing training courses while ensuring that the deliverables are shared in accordance with the procedures established by the Training Department.
 
 
 2. Prepare the training courses by ensuring that the training tools are available (modules, logistics, documents to be given to participants).
 
 
 3. Evaluate the participants and propose improvement plans.
 
 
 &bull; Designing the modules:
 
 
 1. Design and update the training modules in accordance with the charter established by the Training Department.
 
 
 2. Share Feedback with the necessary information in order to improve the quality of the training and also of the training modules
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Excellent command of the English and Arabic languages, with excellent verbal and written skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of 6 months of experience as a Trainer in a BPO
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in using MS Office tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent Communication &amp; negotiation skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Customer-oriented mindset.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analytical and synthetic mind.
 </li>

 About the Role:
 
 
 
 The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 &bull; New projects&rsquo; implementation &amp; set-up, from project kickoff to run mode.
 
 
 &bull; Establish and maintain partnerships with relevant clients, stakeholders &amp;/or Third parties, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes to ensure achieving the client&rsquo;s satisfaction.
 
 
 &bull; Coordinate with all departments throughout the implementation process to ensure that their needs are met as well as the organizational goals.
 
 
 &bull; Communicate with all internal departments about the status of projects to troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
 
 
 &bull; Review the process and the implementation progress and share comments on the clients SOW/MSA
 
 
 &bull; Lead projects, from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation.
 
 
 &bull;Assess existing processes to identify areas of improvement.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Min. of 1 year experience as an Operational Project Manager in a BPO
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong business acumen in project planning and management
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
 </li>
 <li>
 B2 English Speaker
 </li>
