 About the Role:
 
 
 
 The Fleet Specialist will be responsible for coordinating the transport of the staff provided by managing the company&rsquo;s service providers. He will also be assisting the Fleet Manager in the maintenance and inventory of vehicles and other equipment assigned.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Managing staff transportation logistics
 </li>
 <li>
 Organizes efficient daily routes for all company vehicles to optimize operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensures driver adherence to strict schedules and company policies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintains detailed records of all vehicle servicing and inspections.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepares and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all company vehicles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manages and resolves transportation team incidents.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manages occasional requests, exceptional situations and complaints from staff.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum of 1 year experience working as a fleet specialist.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication skills and problem solving skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent time management skills and organizing skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent command of Microsoft office tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong Risk Assessment and Mitigation Skills.
 </li>
