Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for a Customer Service Representative (English Account). In this role, you will handle customer inquiries via calls or other channels, ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, and provide effective and timely solutions to customer concerns. You will be responsible for maintaining professional communication standards and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
