Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for a Customer Service Representative (English Account). In this role, you will handle customer inquiries via calls or other channels, ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, and provide effective and timely solutions to customer concerns. You will be responsible for maintaining professional communication standards and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service
• Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience
• Excellent Phone Etiquette and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage customer interactions with professionalism
• Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Previous experience in a customer service role, particularly in outsourcing, is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent; advanced education or certifications are a plus
• Flexibility with night & overnight shifts is a must
• Fluency in English is a MUST B2/C1 (Native or Bilingual)
