This position includes administrative support, customer service, phone communication, client relationship building, and social media/marketing assistance.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Answer and route phone calls and emails in a professional and friendly manner</li><li>Communicate confidently and comfortably with customers by phone throughout the day</li><li>Build and maintain positive relationships with clients</li><li>Provide excellent customer service in every interaction</li><li>Accurately enter client and service details into company systems</li><li>Maintain customer records and office filing systems</li><li>Assist with scheduling, billing, and general office support</li><li>Support management and field staff with administrative tasks</li></ul>Social Media &amp; Marketing Support<ul><li>Help create, design, and post social media content for company pages</li><li>Assist with developing engaging posts, reels, videos for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile</li><li>Create simple graphics, captions, and promotional content that reflect IntelliShred&rsquo;s brand and services</li><li>Help highlight company services, customer reviews, promotions, recycling efforts, and community involvement</li><li>Monitor social media pages for messages, comments, and engagement</li><li>Assist with responding to basic social media inquiries in a professional manner</li><li>Help maintain a consistent posting schedule</li><li>Support marketing campaigns, customer outreach, and review requests</li><li>Bring creative ideas for posts, promotions, seasonal content, and customer engagement</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred</li><li>Previous customer service, office, or phone experience preferred</li><li>Comfortable speaking with customers by phone as a key part of the job</li><li>Ability to build strong, professional relationships with clients</li><li>Social media experience preferred</li><li>Experience creating posts, graphics, captions, or basic marketing content is a plus</li><li>Familiarity with platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, Canva, or Constant Contact is a plus</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Excellent organization and attention to detail</li><li>Ability to multitask and work well in a team environment</li><li>Creative, professional, dependable, friendly, and willing to learn</li></ul>Pay: From $18.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
