TIG Welder/Fabricator ResponsibilitiesPrimary<ul><li>Tig weld Stainless Steel, Aluminum and Cold Rolled Sheet Metal Parts and Assemblies</li><li>Mig weld mild steel and stainless steel sheet metal parts and assemblies when required</li></ul>Secondary<ul><li>Finish, Correct or rework sheet metal assemblies using hand tools and other skilled methods of fabrication.</li><li>Track jobs and parts welded using simple documentation and electronic devices.</li><li>Maintain a clean and safe work area</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Must effectively read and interpret mechanical and fabrication drawings.</li><li>Applicant must follow work order directions and safely produce the required quantity of parts efficiently, and within the required tolerance and cosmetic quality.</li><li>Applicant is required to perform inspection on their own work to prove dimensional tolerances and cosmetic requirements are met.</li><li>Must understand how to fill out and use simple reports as directed.</li><li>Press brake is a plus but not required</li><li>Water jet operation/Simple CAD/CAM knowledge a plus</li></ul>Attributes<ul><li>Strong work ethic and an ability to take initiative for the success of the project.</li><li>Collaborative team approach to work.</li><li>Flexibility in working hours when required.</li><li>Strong communication skills with colleagues and customers.</li><li>Happy to work cross functionally.</li><li>Ability to lift and carry 75 lbs.</li></ul>About usWe are a family oriented company, we pride ourselves on creating an environment people want to work in. our shop is full of dedicated employees with a good culture and we have a very tight knit team, We are growing and we are looking to bring on another team member in the manufacturing shop, the work is steady and the company is well established.Job Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Retirement plan</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Salt Lake City, UT 84104 (Preferred)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Salt Lake City, UT 84104: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
