The Administrative Assistant assists the Branch Manager with carrying out duties for the day-to-day operations of office to aid in its continued growth and development.

</p><ul><li>Assists in managing regional invoice payments.</li><li>
Handles scheduling, reservations, and calendars for Regional Management.</li><li>
Assists the Branch Relationship Manager in the management of regional contracts and agreements.</li><li>
Assists in the onboarding process.</li><li>
Gathers data critical to Regional Management&rsquo;s ongoing analytics of regional performance and goals.</li><li>
Assists in managing the inventory of regional assets.
</li><li>Assists the Branch Relationship Manager with inputting data upon request.</li></ul><p><b><i>
Required Education/Experience</i></b></p><p>
Requires a high school diploma or G.E.D. and administrative experience.
</p><p></p><p><b><i>Preferred Education/Experience</i></b></p><p>
Preferable to have a high school diploma and administrative experience in the mortgage or real estate industries.</p><p>
