Administrative Assistant

Summary/Objective

The Administrative Assistant assists the Branch Manager with carrying out duties for the day-to-day operations of office to aid in its continued growth and development.


Essential Duties

  • Assists in managing regional invoice payments.
  • Handles scheduling, reservations, and calendars for Regional Management.
  • Assists the Branch Relationship Manager in the management of regional contracts and agreements.
  • Assists in the onboarding process.
  • Gathers data critical to Regional Management’s ongoing analytics of regional performance and goals.
  • Assists in managing the inventory of regional assets.
  • Assists the Branch Relationship Manager with inputting data upon request.

Required Education/Experience

Requires a high school diploma or G.E.D. and administrative experience.

Preferred Education/Experience

Preferable to have a high school diploma and administrative experience in the mortgage or real estate industries.
