We are currently seeking a Video Production Team Manager to join our team, someone who is experienced in shooting commercials, excels in video editing, possesses understanding of camera equipment, and can manage a team.Position Overview:We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and results-driven Video Production Team Manager to lead our in house video production team. This role requires a hands on leader who can shoot, edit, oversee full scale productions, and manage both people and projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast paced environment, meets deadlines consistently, and ensures high quality content is delivered on time.Key Responsibilities:Production &amp; Creative Execution<ul><li>Shoot and edit high-quality video content for marketing, advertising, social media, and internal initiatives</li><li>Write scripts and develop creative concepts aligned with brand goals</li><li>Oversee all phases of production including pre-production, filming, and post-production</li><li>Maintain brand consistency across all video content</li><li>Troubleshoot technical or creative challenges on set and in post-production</li></ul>Team Leadership &amp; Management<ul><li>Manage and mentor video team members, freelancers, and contractors</li><li>Assign tasks, set clear expectations, and monitor performance</li><li>Keep the team organized, motivated, and accountable</li><li>Foster a collaborative and creative work environment</li></ul>Project &amp; Timeline Management<ul><li>Develop production schedules and ensure deadlines are met</li><li>Oversee multiple projects simultaneously without sacrificing quality</li><li>Communicate project status clearly with leadership and stakeholders</li><li>Implement systems and workflows to improve efficiency and output</li></ul>Problem Solving &amp; Operations<ul><li>Identify production bottlenecks and implement solutions</li><li>Manage equipment, software, and production resources</li><li>Ensure projects stay within scope and budget</li><li>Adapt quickly to changing priorities and last-minute adjustments</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Proven experience in video production and post-production</li><li>Strong proficiency in professional camera systems, lighting, and audio equipment</li><li>Advanced editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software)</li><li>Demonstrated leadership and team management experience</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication abilities</li><li>Ability to work independently and make confident decisions</li><li>Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience managing a creative department or agency team</li><li>Knowledge of marketing strategy and brand storytelling</li><li>Motion graphics or advanced post-production skills</li></ul>Pay Structure: Compensation for this position will be competitive and commensurate with your experience and expertise in video and management.
