We are currently seeking a Video Production Team Manager to join our team, someone who is experienced in shooting commercials, excels in video editing, possesses understanding of camera equipment, and can manage a team.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and results-driven Video Production Team Manager to lead our in house video production team. This role requires a hands on leader who can shoot, edit, oversee full scale productions, and manage both people and projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast paced environment, meets deadlines consistently, and ensures high quality content is delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Production & Creative Execution

  • Shoot and edit high-quality video content for marketing, advertising, social media, and internal initiatives
  • Write scripts and develop creative concepts aligned with brand goals
  • Oversee all phases of production including pre-production, filming, and post-production
  • Maintain brand consistency across all video content
  • Troubleshoot technical or creative challenges on set and in post-production

Team Leadership & Management

  • Manage and mentor video team members, freelancers, and contractors
  • Assign tasks, set clear expectations, and monitor performance
  • Keep the team organized, motivated, and accountable
  • Foster a collaborative and creative work environment

Project & Timeline Management

  • Develop production schedules and ensure deadlines are met
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously without sacrificing quality
  • Communicate project status clearly with leadership and stakeholders
  • Implement systems and workflows to improve efficiency and output

Problem Solving & Operations

  • Identify production bottlenecks and implement solutions
  • Manage equipment, software, and production resources
  • Ensure projects stay within scope and budget
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and last-minute adjustments

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in video production and post-production
  • Strong proficiency in professional camera systems, lighting, and audio equipment
  • Advanced editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software)
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently and make confident decisions
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing a creative department or agency team
  • Knowledge of marketing strategy and brand storytelling
  • Motion graphics or advanced post-production skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
