Interactive Brokers seeks a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our Security and Fraud Prevention (SFP) Team in our Mumbai, India office. The SFP team serves as the primary investigatory unit for security and fraud concerns, enforcing protocols for secure logins and verification, and the identification of global fraud patterns. As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will be responsible for evaluating the quality, consistency, and compliance of fraud and security investigations conducted by our team. You will play a vital role in maintaining our high standards by reviewing case documentation, assessing investigative processes, and ensuring that all communications with clients and internal stakeholders meet our professional standards. Your meticulous reviews will help identify opportunities for process improvements, training needs, and best practices across the department. In this important role, you will help safeguard both our clients and the firm by ensuring our investigations are thorough, well documented, and follow established protocols.

Your Responsibilities:

<li>Review completed fraud and security investigations to ensure adherence to departmental standards, policies, and procedures</li>
<li>Evaluate the quality of case documentation, evidence collection, and analytical reasoning in each case</li>
<li>Assess client and internal communications for clarity, professionalism, and adherence to compliance requirements</li>
<li>Identify trends in investigation quality, common errors, or process gaps across the department</li>

Qualifications and Experience:

<li>5 or more years of experience in financial services, compliance, or fraud investigation, with at least 2 years in a quality assurance function</li>
<li>Professional fluency in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Experience in evaluating written communications and investigation documentation</li>
<li>Understanding of financial security protocols and fraud investigation processes</li>
<li>Experience with case management systems, preferably JIRA</li>
<li>Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to financial crime investigations</li>

Manager &ndash; Indirect Procurement

This senior procurement role reports to the Sr. Director of IT Procurement and Vendor Management. The position requires an experienced individual who will:

<li>Serve as a trusted advisor to APAC IBKR stakeholders primarily, but sometimes work with global teams</li>
<li>Lead strategic sourcing and procurement initiatives for indirect procurement categories</li>

The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong experience with complex sourcing projects and possess the skills to drive measurable improvements across the technology purchasing landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

<li>Align with category leaders on sourcing/procurement strategy</li>

Qualification:
