Senior Electrical Sales /Business Development Strategic OfficerResponsibilities in brief:&uml; Direct Sales&uml; Meeting Traders across districts&uml; Fetching Orders&uml; Distribution of Orders&uml; Coordination with Delivery Team&uml; Willing to travel across Districts&uml; Operations ManagementPlanning and implementation of commissioning and installation of EV chargersDetailed Responsibilities&uml; Acquiring new business; following the complete sales cycle prospecting, generating leads, meetings, requirement gathering, business proposal, negotiation, related documentation closure of lead&uml; Responsible for identification, development and follow up of new business opportunities and materializing those opportunities&uml; Developed new business associates for business expansion and for financing the project&uml; Oversee daily operations of the organization. Determine and define project scope and objectives.&uml; Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.&uml; Ensure implementation of a strategy designed by the company for business. Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.&uml; Evaluate and present a report on key investments in equipment, infrastructure, and talent.&uml; Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.&uml; Build and promote strong long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.&uml; Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.&uml; The individual will develop and execute sales plans for target accounts and need to have demonstrated experience in similar domain.&uml; Should have knowledge of dealers of states. Pan India&uml; Presentations, pre-sales costing and negotiations&uml; Post sales relationship management with the customer&uml; Professional knowledge or willing to learn about functioning of Electric Vehicle/ Electric Vehicle Charging Station&uml; Primary work is to coordinate and monitor company appointed channel partner in the city and ensure quality of work is delivered as per agreed terms and conditions&uml; Ensure Standard Operating Procedure (SOP's) are followed by installer partner for every site &amp; customer facing location&uml; Define the optimal distribution of teams for survey and installation activities to ensure on time customer service, also work toward improving own and team's skills through on the job learning&uml; Should be enterprising to learn through self-research and gather knowledge from local civic and electric department authorities&uml; Should possess good communication skills for general interaction and objection handling from a learned high net worth customerDesired Skills and ExperienceElectrical Engineering degree from an accredited school.&uml; Knowledge of applicable codes related to electrical engineering&uml; Sales, marketing, business development, target, maintain customer relations, understanding of sales process, direct Sales, operations, Client presentations, , Customer Retention, Handling negotiations etc.&uml; Need to have knowledge of generating leads, through various channels&uml; Single point of contact for the completion of sales cycle for customers and partners.Email your resume at admin@thesustainer.inJob Type: Full-timePay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
