Senior Electrical Sales /Business Development Strategic Officer
Responsibilities in brief:
¨ Direct Sales
¨ Meeting Traders across districts
¨ Fetching Orders
¨ Distribution of Orders
¨ Coordination with Delivery Team
¨ Willing to travel across Districts
¨ Operations Management
Planning and implementation of commissioning and installation of EV chargers
Detailed Responsibilities
¨ Acquiring new business; following the complete sales cycle prospecting, generating leads, meetings, requirement gathering, business proposal, negotiation, related documentation closure of lead
¨ Responsible for identification, development and follow up of new business opportunities and materializing those opportunities
¨ Developed new business associates for business expansion and for financing the project
¨ Oversee daily operations of the organization. Determine and define project scope and objectives.
¨ Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
¨ Ensure implementation of a strategy designed by the company for business. Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
¨ Evaluate and present a report on key investments in equipment, infrastructure, and talent.
¨ Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
¨ Build and promote strong long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
¨ Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
¨ The individual will develop and execute sales plans for target accounts and need to have demonstrated experience in similar domain.
¨ Should have knowledge of dealers of states. Pan India
¨ Presentations, pre-sales costing and negotiations
¨ Post sales relationship management with the customer
¨ Professional knowledge or willing to learn about functioning of Electric Vehicle/ Electric Vehicle Charging Station
¨ Primary work is to coordinate and monitor company appointed channel partner in the city and ensure quality of work is delivered as per agreed terms and conditions
¨ Ensure Standard Operating Procedure (SOP's) are followed by installer partner for every site & customer facing location
¨ Define the optimal distribution of teams for survey and installation activities to ensure on time customer service, also work toward improving own and team's skills through on the job learning
¨ Should be enterprising to learn through self-research and gather knowledge from local civic and electric department authorities
¨ Should possess good communication skills for general interaction and objection handling from a learned high net worth customer
Desired Skills and Experience
Electrical Engineering degree from an accredited school.
¨ Knowledge of applicable codes related to electrical engineering
¨ Sales, marketing, business development, target, maintain customer relations, understanding of sales process, direct Sales, operations, Client presentations, , Customer Retention, Handling negotiations etc.
¨ Need to have knowledge of generating leads, through various channels
¨ Single point of contact for the completion of sales cycle for customers and partners.
