 Role Overview:
 
 
 The General Manager will lead the overall operations, business development, and strategic direction of the interior design consultancy. This role requires strong leadership, client relationship management, and a deep understanding of design processes, project management, and consultancy services. The GM will ensure profitability, quality delivery, and growth of the company in line with its vision.
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 Strategic Leadership

 Develop and implement business strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.

 Oversee company operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with industry standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive innovation and maintain competitive positioning in the market.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Business Development
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with developers, architects, and contractors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead proposal development, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Represent the company at industry events and networking forums.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Project Oversight
 
 <ul>

 Ensure timely and quality delivery of interior design consultancy projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Resolve escalated client issues and maintain high customer satisfaction.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Team Management

 Recruit, mentor, and manage design and project management teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Foster a collaborative and creative work environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations.
 </li>

 Financial Management
 
 <ul>

 Prepare annual budgets and monitor financial performance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Optimize operational costs and improve profitability.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with financial and legal regulations.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Quality &amp; Compliance
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Maintain adherence to design standards, building codes, and sustainability practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement quality assurance processes across all projects.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications &amp; Skills:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s in Interior Design, Architecture, or Business Management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience: Minimum 10&ndash;15 years in interior design consultancy, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of design principles, project management, and client servicing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven track record in business development and financial management.
 </li>
