 The Renewals Consultant is responsible for efficiently managing the entire license renewal process for IFZA&rsquo;s professional partners and licensees. This role involves proactively engaging with partners, addressing objections or challenges, and ensuring clients requests are promptly manage and serviced professionally. The position requires conducting formal in-person meetings, providing timely follow-ups, and maintaining alignment with organizational standards and timelines.
 
 
 
 &bull; Client and Partner Communication: Notify clients and professional partners of upcoming renewal dates, ensuring adherence to organizational timeframes and guidelines.
 
 &bull; Escalation Management: Handle complex cases escalated from the administrative team, providing effective solutions for unique scenarios.
 
 &bull; Negotiation: Negotiate various matters with professional partners, aiming for optimal outcomes for all parties involved.
 
 &bull; Data Analysis: Accurately analyze data to identify trends and develop action plans to improve the conversion rates of professional partners.
 
 &bull; CRM Management: Regularly monitor and update the CRM system to effectively manage a portfolio of work.
 
 &bull; Client Support: Respond promptly to client emails and queries, addressing a wide range of scenarios faced by licensees.
 
 &bull; Face-to-Face Meetings: Conduct regular in-person meetings with clients to maintain strong relationships.
 
 &bull; Partner Relations: Maintain ongoing relationships with professional partners, including preparing reports, hosting meetings, and conducting training sessions.
 
 &bull; Additional Duties: Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by Management.
 
 
 
 
 Requirements
 
 
 &bull; Full proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
 
 &bull; Intermediate computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office.
 
 &bull; Confident personality with the ability to communicate effectively on phone calls and during face-to-face meetings.
 
 &bull; Self-motivated and accountable with a strong work ethic and a proven track record of exceptional performance.
 
 &bull; Strong negotiation skills.
 
 &bull; Industry knowledge related to licensing, amendments, cancellations, and immigration processes is advantageous but not mandatory

Renewals Consultant

 The Client Relations Officer oversees the entirety of the administrative process required to issue or amend trade licenses while answering all related inquiries by professional partners and clients. The role requires monitoring the CRM system and checking information accuracy to ensure processes run smoothly and applications are processed in a timely manner.
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Providing clients and professional partners with license-related information in line with organizational time-frames and guidelines
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Issuing quotes and providing license-related documentation to clients and professional partners
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitoring and updating the CRM system regularly when managing a portfolio of work
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Accurately analyzing the content of all documentation such as passports, application forms and resolutions
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Responding to all partners&rsquo; and clients&rsquo; emails and queries on a range of scenarios faced by licensees
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Delivering exceptional levels of customer service, ensuring IFZA&rsquo;s reputation and integrity is maintained
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Fostering long-lasting business relationships with clients and professional partners
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Handling complaints and finding optimal solutions to ensure clients&rsquo; happiness and retention
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Operating closely with sales, finance, and renewals departments
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Performing other job-related duties as assigned by Management
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Requirements
 
 
 <ul>

 Full English proficiency is required
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Additional spoken languages are a plus
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Intermediate computer literacy is required e.g., MS Office
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively on phone calls, via email, and during sporadic face-to-face interactions
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong attention to details
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Customer Service and Client Relationship Management experience is advantageous
