1. Patient Communication &amp; Handling<ul><li>Respond to incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and social media inquiries in a timely and professional manner.</li><li>Provide accurate information regarding bariatric procedures, services, and protocols.</li><li>Address patient concerns and guide them appropriately.</li></ul>2. Appointment Management<ul><li>Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments efficiently.</li><li>Coordinate with doctors and relevant departments for smooth OPD flow.</li></ul>3. Lead Management &amp; Conversion<ul><li>Manage patient leads generated through digital platforms and marketing campaigns.</li><li>Counsel patients and convert inquiries into confirmed OPD visits.</li><li>Maintain daily OPD targets as assigned by management.</li></ul>4. Patient Counseling &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Provide basic counseling regarding bariatric surgery procedures, benefits, and pre/post-operative care (as per training).</li><li>Coordinate with patient counselors, medical staff, and media team for smooth patient journey.</li></ul>5. Record Keeping &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Maintain accurate patient records in the system.</li><li>Update daily reports including inquiries, appointments, and conversions.</li></ul>6. Follow-ups &amp; Patient Retention<ul><li>Conduct timely follow-ups with pending patients.</li><li>Ensure continuity of care and patient engagement.</li></ul>7. Reporting &amp; Performance Tracking<ul><li>Report daily performance metrics to the Manager.</li><li>Maintain KPIs, including number of leads handled, OPDs generated, and conversion rates.</li></ul>8.
