1. Patient Communication & Handling
- Respond to incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and social media inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding bariatric procedures, services, and protocols.
- Address patient concerns and guide them appropriately.
2. Appointment Management
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments efficiently.
- Coordinate with doctors and relevant departments for smooth OPD flow.
3. Lead Management & Conversion
- Manage patient leads generated through digital platforms and marketing campaigns.
- Counsel patients and convert inquiries into confirmed OPD visits.
- Maintain daily OPD targets as assigned by management.
4. Patient Counseling & Coordination
- Provide basic counseling regarding bariatric surgery procedures, benefits, and pre/post-operative care (as per training).
- Coordinate with patient counselors, medical staff, and media team for smooth patient journey.
5. Record Keeping & Documentation
- Maintain accurate patient records in the system.
- Update daily reports including inquiries, appointments, and conversions.
6. Follow-ups & Patient Retention
- Conduct timely follow-ups with pending patients.
- Ensure continuity of care and patient engagement.
7. Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Report daily performance metrics to the Manager.
- Maintain KPIs, including number of leads handled, OPDs generated, and conversion rates.
8. Coordination with Marketing Team
- Work closely with the media/marketing team for lead generation strategies.
- Provide feedback on patient trends and campaign performance.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
