Position Summary

We are seeking a Marketing Officer to support the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, and events. The role will coordinate campaign delivery with internal teams, vendors, and sales, while contributing to content development, brand management, market research, performance reporting, and day-to-day marketing operations. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, creative, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing strategies and campaigns across digital, social media, print, and events in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution, coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and sales to ensure timely and effective delivery.
  • Develop creative concepts, campaign ideas, and content for social media, digital platforms, websites, and promotional materials, while ensuring brand consistency and alignment with objectives.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing channels including social media, email marketing, and SEO; plan and execute social media strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Review content, visuals, and marketing materials to ensure brand consistency, audience relevance, and alignment with campaign objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, competitor activities, and new marketing opportunities.
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, analyze marketing data, and prepare reports on key metrics such as ROI, conversion rates, reach, engagement, and customer acquisition costs.
  • Plan advertising budgets, track expenses, and maintain accurate financial records, including SAP B1 HANA entries, to ensure effective budget utilization.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance brand awareness, reputation, customer engagement, and overall market presence.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, vendors, influencers, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage day-to-day marketing operations, administrative tasks, documentation, and reporting; assist senior team members as required and perform any additional duties as assigned under relevant SOPs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, social media management, or campaign coordination
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, content planning and basic SEO principles.
  • Experience coordinating campaigns with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
  • Ability to analyze marketing data and prepare performance reports using spreadsheets or analytics tools.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with design/content tools.
