As we continue to expand our services and strengthen our online presence, we are looking for a creative, data-driven, and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and email marketing.
• Manage the organization's social media platforms by creating engaging content and maintaining a consistent brand voice.
• Develop and implement content marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and patient engagement.
• Monitor website performance and recommend improvements for SEO, user experience, and lead generation.
• Track campaign performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Meta Business Suite.
• Generate regular reports on campaign performance, website traffic, conversions, and key marketing metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing materials, promotional campaigns, and patient education content.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.
• Assist in planning and promoting community events, webinars, and healthcare awareness campaigns.
• Ensure all marketing communications align with company branding and healthcare industry compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in healthcare or a service-based industry.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC advertising, social media marketing, and email marketing.
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and content management systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
