Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant - Excel &amp; Data Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have advanced Excel skills, accounting knowledge, a proactive attitude toward learning, and a strong sense of responsibility.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare weekly and monthly POS and inventory reports for suppliers.</li><li>Analyze sales data and prepare weekly performance and compliance reports.</li><li>Update supplier price lists in internal systems.</li><li>Create and maintain new client records, ensuring accurate and detailed contact information.</li><li>Generate new material IDs to support purchasing processes.</li><li>Organize and maintain up-to-date supplier price lists on shared drives.</li><li>Provide support to the Customer Service Department as needed.</li><li>Develop and maintain various Excel reports and perform data analysis as required.</li><li>Assist in the preparation of annual budgets.</li><li>Support multiple departments with administrative and reporting tasks.</li><li>Serve as the First Point of contact for visitors.</li><li>Manage conference Room, prepare meeting spaces, including setup for meetings.</li><li>Manage personal assistance scheduling using calendar</li></ul>Required Qualifications Educations<ul><li>High School Diploma or GED required</li><li>Associate&rsquo;s degree in business administration or related field preferred.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li><li>Experience with SAP is required.</li><li>Basic to intermediate accounting knowledge is required.</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Positive attitude and willingness to learn.</li><li>Bilingual abilities.</li></ul>Pay: $24.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
