Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant - Excel & Data Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have advanced Excel skills, accounting knowledge, a proactive attitude toward learning, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare weekly and monthly POS and inventory reports for suppliers.
- Analyze sales data and prepare weekly performance and compliance reports.
- Update supplier price lists in internal systems.
- Create and maintain new client records, ensuring accurate and detailed contact information.
- Generate new material IDs to support purchasing processes.
- Organize and maintain up-to-date supplier price lists on shared drives.
- Provide support to the Customer Service Department as needed.
- Develop and maintain various Excel reports and perform data analysis as required.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets.
- Support multiple departments with administrative and reporting tasks.
- Serve as the First Point of contact for visitors.
- Manage conference Room, prepare meeting spaces, including setup for meetings.
- Manage personal assistance scheduling using calendar
Required Qualifications Educations
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associate’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
Qualifications:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with SAP is required.
- Basic to intermediate accounting knowledge is required.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Bilingual abilities.
Pay: $24.00 per hour
